Business & SaaS Tools

Free LTV, CAC, churn, MRR/ARR, cohort retention, burn rate and Rule of 40 calculators for founders and marketers. Runs in your browser — nothing uploaded.

The metrics founders and operators actually track

This set covers the unit economics behind a growing business: LTV and CAC (with payback and the LTV:CAC ratio), churn and retention, MRR/ARR and MRR movement, cohort retention, burn rate and runway, the Rule of 40, and everyday tools like break-even, ROI/ROAS, and margin.

They run entirely on your device, so revenue, spend, and customer numbers you are modelling stay private — no board-deck figures pasted into someone else's server.

Model the funnel end to end

Work out what a customer is worth with LTV, what you can afford to acquire them for with CAC and payback, how fast you are leaking with churn, and whether the whole thing compounds with MRR movement and cohort retention. Pair that with burn rate & runway to know how long you have, and the Rule of 40 to sanity-check growth against profitability.

  • Fundraising & planning: runway, burn, Rule of 40
  • Growth: LTV, CAC payback, LTV:CAC ratio
  • Retention: monthly churn, cohort curves, MRR movement
  • Operations: break-even, margin, ROI/ROAS, freelance rate

Definitions you can rely on

Each calculator uses the common SaaS definitions (for example LTV = ARPU × gross margin × average customer lifetime, where lifetime = 1 ÷ churn). Metrics like these are directional planning tools, not audited accounting — segment your inputs sensibly and treat outputs as informed estimates for decisions, pricing, and pitches rather than statutory figures.
