Have a question, found a bug, or want to suggest a new tool? We read every message and typically reply within 2–3 business days. Whiztools is a small, independently run project — clear details in your email help us respond faster.
Reach us at [email protected]. For privacy or data questions, put “Privacy” in the subject line. For advertising or partnership notes, use “Business”.
What to get in touch about
- Tool requests — which image, PDF, utility, or developer tool you want next, and what problem it should solve.
- Bug reports — the tool URL, your browser and device, and what you expected versus what happened. Screenshots help when the UI misbehaves.
- Guide corrections — if something in a Guide is unclear or outdated, tell us which page and what should change.
- Feedback — ideas to make an existing tool clearer, faster, or more accessible.
- Privacy questions — how on-device processing works, cookies, or advertising consent (see the Privacy Policy and About pages).
- Advertising & business — partnership or advertising enquiries with “Business” in the subject line.
What we cannot do
Because file conversion runs in your browser, we have no copy of your photos or PDFs and cannot recover, retrieve, or “unstick” a file you processed locally. If a download failed, try the tool again from the original file on your device.
We also cannot bypass another website’s upload rules (for example a job portal’s exact KB limit) — but we can point you to the right Whiztools workflow, such as Compress Image to Size or the matching Guide.
Before you write
Many how-to questions are already answered in the Guides and on each tool’s FAQ section. Checking those first often saves a round trip — and if they fall short, your email telling us what was missing makes the site better for the next person.
