Turn a long export into the summary you actually need: revenue by region and month, tickets by agent and priority, stock by warehouse and product. Pick the rows, the column whose values spread across the top, and how each cell is summarised — sum, average, count, distinct count, median, minimum or maximum. For a simpler summary, Group gives one row per group with as many totals as you like. It is fast on files a spreadsheet struggles to open, because a real analytical database does the arithmetic inside your browser. Filter or clean the data first and the pivot recalculates; export the result to Excel or chart it. Nothing is uploaded.

Is my spreadsheet uploaded?
No. The pivot is calculated inside your browser tab and the file never leaves your device.
How many columns can a pivot make?
Up to 200 — one for each different value of the column you spread across the top. With more values than that, a pivot is unreadable; use Group instead, or filter first.
Can I filter before pivoting?
Yes. Steps apply in order, so a filter or clean-up placed before the pivot changes what it summarises. Remove a step and everything after it recalculates.
Why is a column missing from the Sum list?
Sum and average need a number column. If numbers were read as text — often because of currency symbols or thousands separators — use Clean → Change column type first, which strips those characters.
