Clean a mailing list, a contact export or a merged report of its repeated rows. A duplicate can be a row that matches in every column, or one that matches only in the columns you choose — the same email address, say, even when the name was typed differently. Tick "ignore letter case and extra spaces" to treat "[email protected] " and "[email protected]" as the same, then keep the first or the last copy of each. You see how many rows go before downloading, and the rest keep their original order. The file is processed in your browser and never uploaded.

Is my file uploaded?
No. Duplicates are found and removed inside your browser tab.
Which copy is kept?
The first one in the file by default, or the last one if you choose. Rows that are kept stay in their original order.
Can I remove duplicates by email only?
Yes. Choose "rows that match in the columns I choose" and tick the email column. Turning on "ignore letter case and extra spaces" also catches addresses typed with capitals or a trailing space.
Is the original file changed?
No — you download a new file, and the original is untouched.
